Service-Based Refund Policy
Because SEO, content creation, and other digital marketing services are time-intensive and strategy-driven, we do not offer refunds on services that have already been initiated, delivered, or completed.
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet started or been assigned to our team.
- A cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the initial payment.
- There is a proven failure on our part to deliver agreed-upon services, as documented in a signed agreement or contract.
No Refunds in These Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Client changes their mind after the service has begun.
- Delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete information from the client’s side.
- Client dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations not outlined in the initial agreement.
- Drops in rankings or traffic due to external algorithm updates beyond our control.
Cancellation Requests
To request a cancellation and refund (if eligible), clients must:
- Submit a written request to [email protected]
- Include full details of the order, payment reference, and reason for the request
- Ensure the request is made within the eligible refund window (24 hours after payment)
All requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a client initiates a chargeback without first contacting Nexnap for resolution, we reserve the right to suspend all current services and deny future work with the client. Disputes can be resolved more efficiently by contacting our support team directly.

Nexnap reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
